We ate at the Indian restaurant next door but wanted to grab kebabs for later so we ordered for pick up. Oh man was this so good and very good value! Can't wait to return to actual eat there.

This place has the BEST Bolani I've had around Fremont! We have ordered their potato bolani, leeks and pumpkin bolani several times and love it. The bolani comes in a pizza box and is always fresh, warm and not super chewy. While we enjoy them all, the leek bolani is our favorite. This time we also tried their hummus and it was perfect too. The flavors of all the food is always spot on. Yet to go and explore the rest of the vegetarian menu at the restaurant. But definitely a great one for bolani.

Short Story: This place can rival de Afghanan! Long Story: I've been coming here for a few years now and this place is always great! I've had almost all of their menu items such as lamb, chicken, chapli, and beef kabobs. I've also had all types of their bolani and it's been fantastic! The prices are a bit cheaper than de Afghanan and the service is friendly. The food does take a good amount of time to come out so be sure to plan accordingly! Verdict: I'm coming back!

Really cute place! The interior looks very traditional and there's a special floor seating area as well. Outside, there is parking, however, it was pretty packed so we parked on the other side. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had about the food. Additionally, all of our dishes came out at the same time which is always a plus! We had the bolani with pumpkin and leek, these were amazing! It's almost like Chinese pancake but more thin. For entrees, we got the combo kabob (lamb and beef) and korma lamb. I personally loved the lamb much better, the meat was super tender and went great with the basmati rice. The kabob wasn't my favorite, it was incredibly dry and tough to chew. I would recommend their stewed dishes instead. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely return for the korma lamb anytime.

Ordered to go via online. I ordered the combo chicken and beef. This comes served with a cucumber salad, pickled potato/garbanzo, bread and basmati rice. The meats were very tender and was still hot when i brought it home. The rice was nice and fluffy and always has a great buttery smooth taste to it. The service when i picked up my food was fast. I was in and out. The portion size of this plate can probably feed two people easily IMO. All in all, the food is quality , fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend this cuisine to anyone in the area.

Before i dive into the amazingness of this place, be warned that there are 2 places with almost identical addresses (and one is NOT the restaurant). The only difference being the last digit of the zipcode being 2 numbers apart. Anyways, once you get to the right place, be ready to enjoy a delish meal. I don't disagree with folks that say the food is a little pricey - but this is also not unreasonable considering you do get complimentary bread and the food is filling. We sat in their fun seating area with comfy cushions/pillows and enjoyed the complimentary bread with their spices. Then for the main meals, we got: 1. Potato Boulani - these potato pancakes are a joy and it's a big portion. We split among 4 people and it was PLENTY. It comes with yogurt (and you can ask for more) and it's a comfort food of green onions with shaved pancake pressed together 2. Mantoo Entree - these were yum but i would say you should go with the appetizer version of it next time so you can try more of their other entrees. These are well seasoned shredded beef dumplings with a type of tomato sauce on top. The entree came with about 12 or so dumplings if i recall correctly 3. Combination Kabob - we couldn't decide on chicken or lamb kabobs so we got the combination plate. I think both proteins were delish so I would probably do the same next time around. The lamb wasn't as "gamey" as I would expect (a good thing) I hear this place gets crowded but we came for lunch on a weekend and it was pretty empty!
